I'm going to ignore the match-ups as you've listed them and just put them in order of personal preference...

1. Foolish Heart - by far the best jam of these songs. it's not even close, imho
2. Standing on the Moon - jerry always seemed to nail this song.
3. Lazy River Road - i like the structure of this song. folksy.
4. Liberty - am i the only one who likes this song? the encored with this at one show i saw in '93, and i loved it. i put it in the same category with althea. hints of deep elem blues in the main riff.
5. Black Muddy - nice enough, but never really grabbed me. the last tune that jerry sang lead vocals on.
6. So Many Roads - people like this for the vocal crescendo. i always found it kinda boring.
7. Built to Last - meh.
8. Days Between - i'm really not a fan of this tune. if someone wants to suggest a nice version of it, i'm all ears.

12/19/94 Sports Arena, Los Angeles - Pure magic. I was at the show with my wife, she remarked to me that she thought Jerry was dying on stage as he sung the song. (I've posted about this before)

Of course, nobody knew there was about 7 months left. Funny how every time I hear this version of the song, the wind blows dust into my contacts........
